Meet Christin

Christin Saucier, RDN, LDN

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist | Eating Disorder Specialist

The journey to healing your relationship with food and body can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, working from a weight-inclusive, intuitive eating, and Health At Every Size® (HAES®) perspective. My approach is rooted in compassion, body acceptance, and individualized care, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and supported in their unique experience.

My Philosophy

I firmly believe that all bodies are good bodies and that you are the expert of your own body’s experience. My role is to guide you toward food freedom, helping you rebuild trust in your body's signals and move beyond the cycle of guilt, restriction, and diet culture. Together, we will focus on nourishment without judgment, so you can regain confidence in eating and embrace life without food rules holding you back.

What I Offer

At Monadnock Nutrition Services, I provide specialized nutrition therapy for individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns, along with a range of other nutrition-related conditions (see our Specialties page for more). My approach is weight-neutral and client-centered, meaning there are no diets here—just compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your needs.

My Story

With years of experience working alongside adolescents, adults, and families, I’ve seen firsthand how diet culture, weight stigma, and food fear can erode trust in one's body. This is what fuels my passion for creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can heal at your own pace. As a former Certified Lactation Consultant, I also have a deep understanding of early nutrition and the unique challenges parents may face in fostering a positive food environment for their children.

My Hope for You

My hope is that you’ll find the freedom to eat without fear, trust your body’s cues, and step into a life not dictated by food rules. You deserve to nourish yourself fully, freely, and without guilt—and I’m here to help you do just that.

Let’s walk this path together.

Meet Nicole

Nicole Ling, MS, RD, LDN

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist | Eating Disorder Specialist

Healing your relationship with food and body can feel like an uphill battle, but you don’t have to do it alone. As an anti-diet registered dietitian, I help clients break free from food rules and rediscover the joy of eating—without guilt, restriction, or shame. Using the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size® (HAES®), my approach is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and body trust.

My Philosophy

I believe that all foods fit and that everyone deserves to nourish themselves without fear or judgment. There is no “perfect” way to eat—only what works for you. My goal is to help you explore what peace with food and your body means for you personally and provide guidance that aligns with your unique needs and lived experiences.

My Experience

I have spent several years working in eating disorder treatment across all levels of care—including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. This experience has deepened my understanding of the complexity of disordered eating and the importance of individualized care.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed my Master’s in Nutrition and Health Promotion, along with my Dietetic Internship at Simmons University, where I focused on eating disorder treatment. I am currently licensed to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

My Hope for You

Food is meant to be nourishing, enjoyable, and stress-free—not a source of fear or guilt. My hope is that you will find freedom from diet culture, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and discover a way of eating that feels sustainable, satisfying, and aligned with your values.

Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to help you take the next step toward healing, self-trust, and food freedom.
